  • Where can I buy a Gift Card?

    You can purchase a Gift Card one of two ways:

    1. eGift Card– head over to our online shop page, enter the gift card amount, your recipients’ details, and any additional customization. Then the gift card is sent directly to your recipient’s inbox!
    2. Physical Gift Card– Head over to our store and buy our physical gift cards directly at the cash counter. We’re located walking distance from the Northbrook Metra Station that leads to downtown Chicago, IL.

    Purchasing an eGift Card is easy! Just head on over to our online shop. Once you customize the gift card with the amount, message, and recipient details, the eGift Card confirmation will be sent to your email address. Happy shopping!

  • How can I purchase a physical Gift Card?

  • How to check a Gift Card balance?

    The same site you order Gift Cards from allows you to check balances of eGift Cards and physical Gift Cards. Click here to check your balance.

  • How do I redeem my physical Gift Card?

    Show us the Gift Card you would like to redeem at the time of checkout. We will then subtract the amount from your final bill.

  • How do I redeem my eGift Card?

    Show us the eGift Card you would like to redeem at the time of checkout. If you do not have the Gift Card our team will be able to check if it is still valid on our system. Once we have a confirmed your eGift Card, we will subtract the amount from your final bill.
